If you were a provincially funded child in the care of a Child and Family Services Agency in Manitoba between 2005 and 2019, your legal rights may be affected. Please read this website carefully.

 

The Court approved the Settlement at a Court hearing on September 5th and 6th, 2024.

 

Currently cheques are being distributed to eligible Class Members. Please note the cheque disbursement is not being handled by us, but rather the through Metis Child and Family Services Authority.

 

Eligible Class Members should call the number on the Notification Letter they have received from the Metis Child and Family Services Authority to arrange for an in-person or virtual meeting to receive their settlement.
